I'm only reporting this, so I have no knowledge, but I'm guessing that the $3.7T Google doesn't feel the need to give a reason.

This is also only speculation, but I suppose it could have something to do with this. Google may have de-listed it for understandable (albeit, still paternalistic) reasons, and are just being *really* slow to re-list it.
