Check out trakt.tv It let's you keep track of what you watch and has pretty good recommendation systems. Lots of apps build it in too, there must be a jellyfin add-on 🤔

I’ll take a look. I think I’ve used it with an app in the past to keep track of shows.
I found an app called ruddarr, on iOS. Connects to radarr and sonarr via api. Works through tailscale. I get the functionality of those 2 apps (adding to library, auto download from torrents, moving to the proper folders) directly in iOS. Like crack 🤣
I have Trakt setup within Infuse on my Apple TV. Trakts the shows automatically and I can rate them. You could also auto. download movies you add to Trakt lists, but for that you need a payed subscription and jellyseer works just fine (:
