Is that a known issue?

I see posts from einundzwanzigspace relay in my global feed. But as you can see it's deactivated for my global.

metadata relay list ( global , following , read, write) possibly got corrupted so global deslected but relays think it is still selectd

Didn't help.

That one is from damus + einundzwanzig and Ive de-globaled them both

einundzwanzig - remove from list n see - add back later again - try --- possible global message unselect is not filtering them in reality
