Anonymize them through coinjoin so that they are not traceable since their withdrawal from the exchange.

Your coins are mixed with other people's coins so that they cannot be traced.

Hmm, which would be the best application to use to do this on?

For an expert, joinmarket.

For a novice, wasabi.

On the other hand there is joinstr which works on Nostr but is in testing phase.
