Really quickly…
1. Kudos for getting stronger and healthier
2. Warm-up and Stretch after. Show your body some love
3. Remember to vary the types of push-ups and concentrate on the form, not simply getting through them: even if it takes twice as long to start. Throw in a couple switch push-ups, supermans and spidermans, elevated, assisted hand stand, pause and explodes etc. They each work slightly different areas of the chest, shoulders and triceps.
4. Don’t forget your back. Long periods of JUST push-ups may fuck up your posture so throw in some pull-ups or other body weight upper back exercises a couple times a week too.
