In 2008, or maybe early 2009, I made my first Twitter account. There were a lot of locals back then on Twitter. My followers list grew to near a thousand. Then Twitter became twit, but mostly stooge for the Gubmint, and I bailed. All social media was dead to me. For those of you who built this protocol, in the old vernacular I tip my hat.
