Have you thought about progressing to 1 handed pushups?

I occasionally include 1 hand incline pushups in my sets. Last time I tried I couldn’t do them on the ground.

It's a type of body weight training. I am doing the 100 push ups with a progression close to this. Might help you too 🤙

Looks to complicated for me. I’m more of a go with the flow and do whatever my body feels like on any given day. 😂
