In my country the government gives money to immigrants, as a consequence they have 5 children and the natives have 0.

I don't have it to hand but there is a study (or might have been a meta study) that shows how diversity leads to lower birth rates.
The immigrant woman may have grown up in a mud hut, and praying for rain. Modern day European life is rather secure, for her.
The native women aspire to the same financial security their mothers had before having children. In this economy, most never will.
The immigrants are not the problem. But they sure aren't a solution, either, except insofar as they help us undermine the govt.
