clearly the @ feature is not working like i thought it would. I thought it would truncate the npub to the NIP05 name.

When you are 100% bitcoin, you have to spend bitcoin. Hate coinbase all you want, but being able to spend Bitcoin on a debit card is a good deal for those who are all in. However, if river (#[4] ) or strike (#[5]) enabled spending bitcoin from a debit card, i would definitely switch.
