Nostr doesn't account for this stuff. A relay operator could be asked to remove stuff, but it would still be on the other relays, so it's sort of pointless.

I see. We could for example have german relays comply (or asked to comply) with EU rules, but non EU based relay don't have to. At the end, the content is still there available in EU despite the rules. Right ?
