I owned a 7.3 F250 for years, I guess if you have money t9 always throw parts and repairs at it, you could call it "reliable " but I really considered it a high maintenance, high longevity vehicle, different than reliable, as anything below 70F would require ether by the time I sold it at 230k miles.
