Naw lol they are already down. There is almost no liquidity at these zestimates. Ppl just don’t understand how interest rates effect price lmao

It’s funny bc their whole thesis now is that “no one will sell” since they are “locked in” to such a good rate. Levered up to the tits with bidding wars 😂
