New 4K UHD addition to rip via #MakeMKV into #Plex is #Aliens, comes with both the Theatrical and Special Editions.

As a digital hoarder, I’ll of course be ripping both. But my go to would always to watch the one with the additional footage (special edition)… don’t want to miss out. What would you do?

My wife insists on having both the theatrical and extended editions of LOTR because… because… actually I’m not sure why. We only ever watch the extended editions.

One day, that ONE DAY you want to watch the shorter theatrical version… you’ll be able to.
