Regulate, slow, and steady breathing. Accept the present moment. Notice and tune in to your senses. Perhaps practice targetted progressive muscle relaxation techniques. Grab some water and get a hug after. This sort of experience is hard on the body and the mind.

However, the best solution to an acute mental health crisis is prevention and responsible self-care.

I already went with a psycho terapist, he taught me how to deal with it but still feels horrible . I am better now, i dont have these often but I do deal with anxiety everyday

Multiple times. Do not recommend!

Ir just feels bad. But these doesnt last forever. The first time I had one I ended up in the hospital, I didnt know what was happening but I learned how to deal with it

Also do not recommend. But the problem is usually that you can’t simply ✨choose to stop having one✨ in the middle of one 🫤

I have had them a couple of times and I learned that it reaches a "peak" and then it stars to go down, at this point I dont fear them but still feels horrible
