I’m unfortunately a staunch advocate of DST because Standard Time triggers my seasonal depression.
I dread November every single year, and rejoice in March.

Oh my god sameeeeee 💜💜💜
I feel like a shadow during that period 🫠🫠
Ever tried a SAD lighting rig?
🤔 Never heard of it
I meant the lighting💜
Ohhh. Here you go. I used one when I lived in Toronto. Five months of grey skies every year did a number on me.
Wouldn’t standard time be ok once you permanently adjusted? Seems there’s some like you stuck on the other side of it. DST messes with my sleep whereas standard doesn’t. Genuinely curious…I could be missing something about Std that I didn’t realize.
I’m not sure. My doctor explained to me that folks with clinical depression or bipolar disorder have a spot on their scalps that is sensitive to sunlight and the less that area receives natural light, the more mood instability one has.
Maybe it’s different for SAD. Permanent standard time sounds like a recipe for misery for me.
