Check out Ente Auth—an open-source, cloud-based 2FA authenticator with end-to-end encrypted, cross-platform sync.

Ente Auth is currently free. If they decide to charge in the future, early adopters will be grandfathered in.

I personally use Aegis (which isn’t cloud-based) paired with SyncThing, but neither are available for iOS.

For those who need a cross-platform solution that's available for iOS, Ente Auth is a great option. Plus, their encryption has been audited for security.

Don't be confused, both their Photos and Auth apks are in the same repo.
