Drastically cut back my caffeine recently. Dreams are stronger. Feeling more energized and motivated. This happens every time I cut it out. Not sure why I always fall back into that trap.

Still going well on this. Been getting caffeine in no later than noon. Had two distinct dreams last night. Waking up feeling more refreshed and not fading in the afternoon. I'm going to wean myself completely off this week. Caffeine is trash.
