At some point, you can't rely on "not saying something bad" just say what you think and stand your ground. That will be the ultimate weapon against tirany.

Podcasts have been resistant to safety scores that are presented to advertisers due to their long format. AI will automate this and we'll see a lot of self censorship. Hopefully, some advertisers have some balls, or the podcasts find another way to monetize like crowdfunding.
