Drain plugged or pump not working
They usually have a trap to catch stuff that might be plugged

Came to say this. I had my pump fail (a tooth on the plastic gear broke). Got a new pump for $40 and replaced in 30 minutes. Might even just be plugged up.
yeah ive seen em get jammed by stray socks.
