Spotted in DRC’s Kabobo Wildlife Reserve: the incredibly rare Foa’s red colobus monkey, filmed here for the very first time. Once widespread, these Endangered primates have vanished from most of their former range due to hunting—Kabobo may be their last refuge. Thanks to grassroots conservation by ICCN, WCS, partners, and the local community, these unique forest monkeys are thriving in their remaining habitat.
