Looks like he's still learning how to use Nostr too. He's only being followed by himself.
I suspect the only way they'll be able to successfully imitate someone is to build a following first (as a pleb) or buy the nsec of someone who has built a following. When you buy an nsec, you only buy access to it & not exclusive access to it.
It doesn't mean you shouldn't be vigilant, just that it's harder here if you're careful.
