If it happened during the day, it probably was a dry run. They wanted to ensure that everyone saw it and shot at it to reveal their defensive measures. Usually, it's a precursor to something bigger.

The Kyiv War Museum has four of those naval drones. The one outside saw actual combat and returned home with damages that weren't economical to repair.:
But the three inside are shiny display models, as though they're being presented to potential buyers at a big sales conference. 😂
