Raven Rock. Greenbrier. et al. Who is protected by these bunkers? The government will protect itself and the governed will die by weapons made with their own money and labor. The shelters are also made by the governed, who be left to fend for themselves in the case of an emergency.

The very idea of "classified" information - information that the government hides from the governed "for their own protection" proves that the "continuity of government" is just that. And nothing else.

Or are they more interested in collecting fines from easy marks with trumped up charges?
