There's a link to the website where you can download in APK form for your android.
Also alot of projects have githubs that have apks available for direct download.
Obviously GitHub is owned by Microsoft now iirc, so GitHub is beholdent to them

It's not exactly what your looking for. But probably as close as to what's available.
Once GitHub on nostr gets created we can just use that. I'm sure someone will whip up an Android application once it happens.
