430mm/25.4mm=16.929 inches, or ancient units that are based on ancient monarch’s body parts. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

He was grower not a shower!

Seriously. Freedom units? What you call standard, Brits call imperial. Have a ponder! In seriousness though, metric is easier.

Fun fact, the massively expensive new Ariane rocket that was remotely blown up cause wasn't behaving right ended up being an incorrect o ring size. An engineer preferred working in inches and forgot to convert back. Oops!

My feels is I should write my book called

Millie the millipede who explains to #USA children to get on the metric system like the rest of the world 🌍 πŸ˜‚πŸ™

I think this millipede forgot to convert to imperial units lol

I love these discussions when they come up. I used to work on rigs in the north sea. What a mess. Both at the same time. Drilling in meters (still measured daily progress as footage so reports read "footage: 75m"), pressures in psi, torque in footpounds and flow rates in GPM with bitsize in mm. People get so would up with these things, work in it, get a calculator and honestly, who cares! But seriously, metric is just easier. Decimalisation simplifies. Right, time to run, I need to buy a dozen eggs

Great idea πŸ’œπŸ€£πŸ«‘
