Mines $600 a year but that's because the city doesn't know that a couple rooms were slowly added to it and it's only a triple lot.

Wait. Your city raises property tax each time the property gets sold?

It raises property taxes when you add rooms.. sometimes when it gets sold... if you own the property they won't really raise the taxes on you randomly... but if someone else buys it, then it's a different story.
