Is that in Lagrangian or eulerian coordinates?
For pure fluid flows it is in Eulerian coordinates. However, a Lagrangian PoV is included if we look at fluid-structure interaction. For this, we use an Arbitrary Lagrangian Eulerian (ALE) formulation.
What is your approach?
Huge proponent of eulerian.
Now are you monitoring/measuring vortex shedding? Or what is the use case?
