You can do that, though... You might want to wait a decade or three for it to finish its fall and rebuild a bit. It's not a place I would council people to travel to at the moment.

No. Same crime issues from massive dumping of less than ideal immigration policies as in other parts of Europe. Crime, corruption, and basic services are all worse than at any time than in the peak of the bad times in the early 90s.
