Verified this myself. If I add a firewall rule to drop traffic to cache1.primal.net then Primal fails to load posts. This isn’t decentralized and would make it very easy to block Primal at an ISP level either by blocking DNS lookups for cache1.primal.net or blackholing the IP(s) it resolves to. nostr:note1apxc6nq35wn6lx59gewzgvtrwcv20u9njz38racuxw4mtm4vfnksnj92l3

It does still make connections to the relays I have configured but I’m guessing they may only be used for writing when posting a note.
