I've been really inactive lately. The IG algo has a STRONG hold on me and my screen time is way up cause I've been mindlessly scrolling. My dopamine levels are so out of whack rn.

I think I'm gonna delete it today

I have delete all the major social media accounts. IG, FB, TWITTER still have a few but never log in.
