I am pretty amped about the day/week ahead.

I have some binness to tend to early in the day then plan on enjoying the rest of the afternoon with fam as they will be heading out early tomorrow.

The weather in the #KeystoneState is looking quite cooperative. 🌞☀️

No miles ran this morning. But we hit the weights for a little solo shred seasion 🏋️‍♂️ 🏋️ to get the blood flowing.
