Why?
Not all clear yet but from what I understood at least two things, govt regulations and Chinese ‘rippers’ I think was the word, groups they have figured out how to scam the gift code option(“cracked the code” was what Ray said), receiving pmt in gift cards and then not sending the bitcoin..
