Replying to Avatar Egge

On my last bike ride I discovered that there is a farm right around the corner that sells highest quality, local, gras fed beef every Saturday.

Its really expensive though (Rib-eye 36$ per pound). Should I try it?

definitely worth a try but maybe pick up some liver and cheaper cuts as well

a cow is more than a rib-eye, someone gotta eat the rest it would be a waste to feed to the dogs with all that tasty beef fat in it
