EATING THE RICH is a hopeless and lunatic policy proposal.

First, the rich aren't even that rich: grabbing all of Jeff Bezos' wealth bankrolls the Federal Government for less than a week.

Second,

"Wealth in a free society is a rough tallying score of how much economic value someone has provided to the rest of us. A rich person’s wealth — bar inheritance and cronyism — is a testament to how much they enriched us."

So we need the rich RICHER, not poorer.
