😬 mine is nearing 40 and rocking like a champ! However, fresh ventilation and a carbon monoxide are a definite must!

Dang that's impressive
It is, but “they don’t make em like they used to” right? It’s an old high efficiency model and it works great in Mid-American winters. Being that I worked for an HVAC in high school, I service my condenser, air handler and furnace every year just to make sure drains are clear, dog hair/leaves/etc are clean off the fins and all wiring is good. Saved myself 10k in replacing it by replacing the motherboard. 💪
