What do you recommend? I eat 125gr soy yogurt with 40gr oatmeal 🥣

oatmeal is ok. if you can get buckwheat oats, that’s superior.
I would also personally skip all soy products. Take natural plain yoghurt, greek yoghurt. No need for low fat, would go for regular fat. (low fat is an industry scam)
Try to add some walnuts/almonds maybe to your mix and some fruits, maybe red berries or anything which is seasonal for you right now.
I usually mix some healthy peanut butter in it as well (the ones without palm oil / trans fat).
