This happens every so often, and I don't know what causes it, but if I wake up feeling hungover, I would have liked to at least done the crime first.

Probably some food you eat?

Probably a lack of food. Made myself a pretty hearty breakfast and drank plenty of water just in case, even though my water drinking habits are pretty good. I feel a lot better now.

Dehydrated perhaps?
