Os melhores, eu não sei.
No Iris, tem abaixo de seus relays uma lista dos relays mais usados.
Praticamente o meus já são os da lista.
If you want to connect free public relay then i would recommend nostr.mom (have more strict spam filter) and nos.lol . Those relays have a bit of spam filter to reduce the number of spam (lesser spam than other free public relay).
