I don't think so. I would hope so but no. The average person is preoccupied with rainbow coloured flags and the man-made migrant crisis. Meanwhile the EU, who's talking about transparency and how you don't need privacy if you have nothing to hide, is making decisions behind closed doors, days before the election, without informint the public.

... it's all working out for them according to plan. Most people aren't paying attention.
