Hey #bitcoin hodler, do you use the snooze button?

Tomorrow morning, when you wake up. Hit the snooze for the next 10 mins and sit up in your bed. Close your eyes, and stare into the darkness… which isn’t really dark. Keep your vision wide and just watch the shimmering behind your eyelids. Breathe.

The moment you find yourself lost in thought, come back to the visual shimmering and the sensation of your breath.

Don’t get frustrated if you find your mind drifting off. Catching yourself lost in thought *is* the practice of this #meditation technique.
