I'm sorry to hear this, it's some of these scummy exchanges that give bitcoin a bad name. Can't tell you how many people who think quadriga and ftx is directly connected to the Bitcoin network. When literally it has nothing to do with it. Ftx and quadriga are the same as any corrupt bank.
