That is quite a leap from the first sentence to the last. The last sentence suggests that things which have never been observed don't exist. Somehow I doubt that that is true. There was a very long time before the existence of beings capable of observation, and I think it's only reasonable to assume that things actually did exist before that time.
Before observation, multiple realities coexist. Observation collapses these potentials into a single perceived #reality.
