G35x is done. Failed u-joint, front driveshaft came loose from front differential, punched a hole in the bell housing. Also cracked the front differential, knocking a mounting bolt loose, and allowing gear oil to dump out.
So at minimum, need a driveshaft, u-joint, front differential, and transmission bell housing. And it means dropping the transmission, which means being on a lift, which means shop time. Several thousand dollars worth of work, again at minimum. Probably not worth it. Now the car is up for sale as a motor swap donor, because that 3.5 nissan/infiniti is solid.
Hopefully this means I stack more sats. I have other cars, don't need to replace tgis one right away.
