Yeah, unfortunately he makes new accounts multiple times a day to do this, with different tree pictures cause the original name was Forest or something.
It's very uniform stuff, have you tried adding it as a muted string at least for your own sanity?

It may also just be easier to watch the relay he posts to, and build automation to mute every npub that says it.
Could cause some cross-fire, but fight automation with automation.
