It was quite warm today. The last hour was mentally tough because of the heat: light headed with nausea. This week was trying. I missed two runs. Work is very challenging currently. #runstr #runlong

3:30 long zone 2/3 - 16 miles 2100 ft of vert.

Two weeks to 100K. Tapering down.

Great job! I'd love to run an ultra one day. Planning a marathon next year.

I’m not much of a road runner, but if you have questions, always feel free to ask. I’ve got x8 100 milers done, as well as a number of other distances, but mostly on trail. I do train kn some road and treadmill.
