Great. Like anyone needs more Chinese propaganda. I prefer my AI actually be intelligent and above all… honest! The CCP would never allow this to happen. 
Given that the protocol is open sourced should then mean that this degree of censorship (outside China) will disappear. Others will take what’s been built and make it however they see most suitable.
Either that or the likes of OpenAI will need to become far more competitive and cost efficient.
