Is it possible to change the default zap amount of 1000 SATs in Amethyst ?

if you're on a newer build, long press the zap icon under a comment. It will open a dialogue box, you can enter your custom zap amounts as a list (comma separated). Once submitted, anytime you press the zap button new buttons will popup for each of your custom amounts
Yes. Long presse on zap button + édit. (On the last version)
