Tbh anyone who has left for a netflix deal can't have been that interesting. To begin with or in need of an altube ;)

I tend to disagree. For a lot of them, it was their chance to become "mainstream" and furthermore, the money and connections to be made from these kinds of deals open another avenue for these creators.
I do agree, that Netflix on it's own is in no way shape or form close to what it used to be, but it's still in almost every 3rd or 4th household, if I had to guess
Sure but I'm not saying netflix isn't a huge company, I'm more interested in the solutions for content creators who are not perhaps 'status quo' /mainstream (which is sort of the netflix m.o.) the sort who actually need these alts
I tend to agree with that thought, I guess some of them have moved to X now, some of them have their own Telegram and Discord communities and some of they're still seeking
some of them are*
Definitely those three places, and they seem to be 'good enough' solutions. But goes back to the video sharing platform, there's jockeying there still for stable long-term solutions. I'm just saying something nostr/nostr-adjacent to have a decent horse in that race or something ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
