This morning's steps were fast, so we kept it on the road.

No headphones, no watch, no #dogstr

Just a pair of Oakley and my ID. Approximate distance covered between 9-10 miles in about 2 hours and 15 minutes.

I'd say I ran it. But that's subjective kinda. I typically average between a 10 to 12 minutes mile pace these days. A little slower when the dog comes along and when doing the trails instead of the road.
