That's what I do every week from monday to friday. Just eat once per day. Usually beef, eggs, milk and butter. But I take one day to eat liver, beef tripes or chicken gizzards. When the weekend comes I eat whatever I want and usually have some strong beer. I went from 200lbs to 167lbs. My wife says that I look way younger than before. But that what she says, 😂.

If you are eating sugar em carbo daily, I suggest you: don't start fasting right away. Get a few weeks eating meet, eggs, milk and butter how many times you want. After that, fasting will be easier.
